  • Proof of Ownership
  • Proof of Insurance
Payment is due at the time of rental to secure your space.
Your first month will be prorated, and all future payments will be due on the 1st day of each month.
 
Rental agreements are effective immediately upon completion.

 

Choosing the Right Size:

To ensure the proper fit and avoid space conflicts, your vehicle must fit completely within the dimensions of the space rented.
Please measure the total length of your vehicle, including the hitch, bumper, motor, ladder, spare tire, and any other attached accessories.

For example: A 30-foot space requires the total length of your vehicle and accessories to be 30 feet or less.

 

Vehicle Restrictions:

To ensure our facility remains safe, accessible, and designed for RV & boat storage, the following vehicles are not permitted:

  • Commercial box trucks
  • Tow trucks/wreckers
  • Semi-trucks (with or without trailers)
  • Wrecked vehicles
