Do you offer month-to-month rentals?
Yes. All of our rental agreements are month-to-month with no long term
contracts required. We do require 1 month minimum.
Can I rent a space online?
Absolutely. You can view available sizes, covered & uncovered, and
complete your rental online anytime, day or night.
What types of storage spaces do you offer?
We offer both covered and uncovered storage spaces in a variety of sizes
to accommodate everything from small trailers to large motor homes and boats.
Can I access my RV or boat at any time?
Yes. Customers have 24/7 gate access, allowing you to pick up or return
your RV, boat, or trailer whenever it is convenient for you.
Is the facility secure?
Yes. Our facility is fully fenced and gated, with security cameras &
LED lighting.
Do you have spaces with electrical hookups?
Yes. Select covered spaces include electrical outlets inside the space for
trickle charging your battery. We also offer charging stations throughout the
facility.
Do you have a dump station? What does it cost?
Yes. We have 2 dump stations available at no additional charge.
Is water available on-site?
Yes. We have 2 convenience stations with water access.
Do you have air available for tires?
Yes. We have 2 convenience stations with air access.
How do I determine what size space I need?
Your RV, boat, trailer, or vehicle must fit completely within the rented
storage space, including hitches, bumpers, ladders, motors, spare tires, and
any accessories.
Do you offer enclosed storage units?
No. We currently offer canopy-covered and uncovered outdoor storage
spaces.
Can I wash my vehicle at the facility?
No. To comply with local regulations, vehicle washing is not permitted.
Do you offer automatic payments?
Yes. Auto pay can be set up a Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card.
When is rent due? Will you send me an invoice?
Rent is due on the 1st day of each month. We do not send invoices.
I don't need a space until next month, can I start paying on the day I
move in?
No. Rental agreements begin and prorated rent is due the day you rent the
storage space.
Will my final month be prorated?
No. The only month that is prorated is the first month.
Can I leave my personal vehicle at the facility if I am using my vehicle
that I keep stored?
If you are removing your stored RV or boat and leaving a personal vehicle
behind, the vehicle must be parked completely within your leased space.
Personal vehicles may not be left in the front parking lot, common areas, drive
aisles, or spaces leased by other customers.
